Reservations
- Reservations are required for all boarding dogs.
- Reservations should be confirmed two (2) weeks prior to arrival date.
- A $40.00 reservation fee is required per room booked at the time of booking.
- Proof of current up-to-date vaccinations are required and can be given in person or email.
Non-Holiday Cancellations
- Non-holiday cancellations can be made in writing up to two (2) days prior to the start of your dog's stay without penalty.
- If you cancel or make changes after this period, the $40.00 reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
Holiday Cancellations
- There is a three (3) day minimum stay for all reservations made over a holiday period.
- Holiday cancellations can be made in writing up to ten (10) days prior to the start of your dog's stay without penalty.
- If you cancel or make changes after this period, the $40.00 reservation fee becomes non-refundable and you will be charged a further $80.00 to cover the three (3) night minimum of $120.00 per room booked.
- Holiday bookings are considered any bookings made that include the two (2) days before the actual holiday.
- Bow Wow Resort's holidays are: New Years, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

What Your Dog Can Expect
- Our boarders are grouped by size and/or disposition to allow for a fun and safe playtime environment
- Our boarders receive supervised playtime at no extra cost
- All play times are weather permitting and may be adjusted at Bow Wow Resort's discretion for the health and safety of the dogs.
- Our boarders receive quiet time between 11:00am and 3:00pm
- Our boarders have 24/7 access to water whether outside playing or inside resting in their rooms.
General Information
- Dogs must be in good health and not have suffered any communicable condition within the last twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival.
- Bow Wow Resort reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet that requires specialized care that may be better suited boarding at a veterinarian facility.
- Bow Wow Resort will only administer medications prescribed by a veterinarian.
- At this time there is no charge for administering medications
- To allow Bow Wow Resort the opportunity to properly care for your dog, please ensure you discuss your dog's needs with a member of the Bow Wow Resort staff.
WHAT TO BRING
- Food
- Please ensure dry food is pre-packaged in Ziploc bags for each meal of the stay.
- If your dog should run out of food, we will supply daily meals at $1.50 per day with our generic dry food.
- We offer food at $1.50 a day if you do not provide your own.
- Medication
- We only administer as prescribed by your veterinarian
- Anything that reminds your pet of home such as t-shirts, small blankets, towels etc.
- Please make sure these items are small enough to fit in a standard washing machine.
- Your dog's belongings are stored in their own individual containers for the duration of their stay.
- Please make sure anything you provide is small enough to fit.
